I've been there twice and the people are a delight to work with. They genuinely care for your baby. Customer service they provide toward your pet is OUTSTANDING. My baby was scared but they put him at ease. Ohh and his humans too. They have home what seems to be the right medicine because he is already eating and down for a good nap. All I can say is THANK YOU I wish you were a full service vet I would use you all the time.
This is my first review so bear with me.....Under a very hard emergency circumstance, I used this establishment yesterday for my cat. I can not express how thankful I am that I found them. It was a Sunday so my vet was closed. I was a total stranger and was treated like a lifelong customer. Whatever it is you are doing, please keep up the good work. Thank you.
This place is awesome! I went in because my dog was choking on his collar! Yes, his collar! When I got there they were so urgent and alert to what seemed to be an emergency situation. (At least to me). Especially the young man at the front desk who moved really fast for someone who had a boot on his foot! Also, They were so comforting due to the fact I was crying hysterically. I would recommend this place to anyone! My puppy is back home like nothing ever happened lol. Definitely five star service.
I tried this emergency vet after recommendations from local vets in the area and I am so glad I did! My sweet Juno girl has had an extreme licking problem and the veterinarian and staff were so attentive and kind with me and her. They were also very accommodating to my financial needs ( but of course that is dependent on the issue thankfully all she needed was some anti-biotics 😁). I highly recommend them, the staffs care for animals is incredible and your baby will be in good hands.
Recently had to euthanize my poor baby, amazing staff, very helpful in giving options and explanations. Recommend anyone here for there fur babies.
Our dog had a serious time breathing. We brought him to the Waldorf Emergency Care and their response was impressive to sustain his life - it was if he was a person that they responded with great urgency. I greatly appreciate their urgent response.

I just got a puppy for the first time and the next time my puppy got so sick and I took her to We Care and they helped me out a lot, I will definitely recommend this pet Emergency Room to my friends and family.
Don’t listen to any of the bad reviews! Dr. Baynes, G.G. (Gigi?), and the entire front desk staff were incredible. Our dog is very important to us, and when he fell ill, we were very worried — but the love and care the team showed us and our pup put us completely at ease. We felt totally safe in their hands from the moment we walked in. They were thorough, communicative, and so sweet. By the time we got home, he was already feeling better thanks to their care. It’s so comforting knowing we live close to a team of hardworking animal lovers who are there when we need them. Thank you so much Waldorf Emergency Care, from us and our sweet Pumpkin!
I have been here several times and each time they treated my dog extremely well. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. This is consistent whether its at 2pm on a Saturday, or at 2am on a weekday. I see a lot of other reviews that mention high prices and wait times. For reference, I have brought my dog for having pain to use the bathroom, a small infection in her pee area after getting spayed, and for a fecal test. Each time, I never paid more than $250 to get her looked at and prescribed/given medicines. Yes, I did have to wait for a while once but that was because there was a line of pets much sicker than my dog. Unfortunately that is the nature of emergency care, and don’t believe some other reviews are fair to fault this facility for that. Thank you WECARE for taking care of my dog when my vet was unavailable!
